Missions
Reporting to the Sales Director, and working closely with internal sales staff and product managers, you will be responsible for selling Leader products in Northern Europe area (UK, Benelux, Scandinavia, Baltic countries, Ukraine) :
· Develop, implement, and adapt a regional sales action plan in line with the strategy and direction set by management
· Responsible for achieving revenue and margin targets within the assigned territory
· Manage all sales activities, including order processing, invoicing, and follow-up
· Analyze customer needs to provide tailored solutions
· Conduct product demonstrations, taking into account the typical operating conditions of the equipment
· Promote the company’s brand image within the assigned region
· Organize work schedule and travel to meet commercial objectives
· Use the CRM daily to track action plans, schedule appointments, and report on customer visits
· Collect field information from the territory to support market analysis (customer feedback, competitor activity)
Profil
You are ready to take on the challenge of prospecting thanks to your conquering spirit
You know how to build long-term business relationships with your contacts for technical products sale
You are known for your excellent interpersonal skills, perseverance and autonomy
With a degree in sales, you have 4-5 years of experience in a similar position
